Modding Contest Entry Form
To enter the Sid Meier's Civilization IV: Colonization Modding Contest, please print out the pdf entry form below, fill out your contact information, and return it with your original Mod set within the world of Sid Meier’s Civilization IV: Colonization. Burn your Mod and clear installation instructions (no installers or archives please, all files must be uncompressed) onto a CD-Rom and mail your Mod along with this completed entry in an envelope with sufficient postage to: Firaxis Games, c/o Colonization Modding Contest, 11350 McCormick Road, Executive Plaza 3, Suite 1100, Hunt Valley, Maryland 21031.
